This is why our focus here at Unfold Movement is getting you all set up in the gym so you can go out and enjoy your life. Just like your body, your mind also functions like a muscle, and it needs regular training. As we age, the decline in physical strength and mental agility becomes apparent. If you’re here because you aspire to deepen your relationship with yourself, train your mind as rigorously as your body, and establish realistic, lifelong health practices, you’re in the right place.

With over a decade of experience as health coaches and personal trainers, we have proudly served over 150+ diverse clientele and developed a team of coaches/personal trainers spanning from Brunei to Canada. Over 98% of all the clients we’ve worked with, they have seen visual or experienced results working with us. We have recently added bodywork massages and leadership workshops to our offerings. Established in 2013, our journey initially began with a focus on exercise programs. As we evolved over the years, we’ve found a love for helping others rehabilitate their bodies from pain or injuries. We also recognized a crucial aspect missing from the equation – mental well-being. In our view, the most vital relationship you can nurture is the one you have with yourself. We’ve refined our approach to assess the whole person, and it has been a game changer for our clients. 

As former competitive bodybuilders, we understand firsthand the challenges of extreme lifestyle requirements. Recognizing the need for a sustainable approach, we prioritize mental health in the fitness journey while ensuring tangible progress. Our methods encompass understanding individual trauma, building sustainable habits, and emphasizing preventative care. Whether you prefer one-on-one personal training sessions at our Burnaby, British Columbia location, or you’re looking for online personal training services accessible globally, we’ve got you covered.
