Our team methodologies focus on ensuring you can move your body through life in a sustainable manner backed by science. Our health coaching is built with our client’s mental health as a top priority when it comes to having a positive dialogue around nutrition, program design and conversations around your body. All our coaches are trauma informed and certified health/exercise professionals.

Amaluddin JR, BSc

Coach, RMT Graduate

Amal has been strengthening bodies and building muscles in the fitness industry since 2017. Born and raised in Kuala Belait, Brunei, he’s had a lifelong love for sports, though his first degree was in rocks. Yes, rocks! But somewhere along the way, he decided bodies were more interesting to build than boulders, so he shifted gears to become a Certified Personal Trainer. Now, he’s also a graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. With these two skills, his passion is towards helping people bounce back from injuries and staying strong.

When he’s not at the gym or buried in textbooks, you’ll find him gaming, snapping shots on his Sony A70C, exploring the world (or just a new noodle place), playing a fierce game of Pickleball, or scrolling Instagram for cat videos. And yes, he would tell you “instant noodles are life”.

Amal is fluent in Malay and English.

Arianne Liu, BBA

Coach, Instructor

Arianne grew up active and has been in the fitness industry since 2011. Born in Toronto, Ontario and raised in beautiful British Columbia, as a youth, she did competitive dance with Goh Ballet Academy and played Netball in the BC Winter Games. Arianne later went on to competed in the Bikini category in the Sandra Wickham Fall Classic Bodybuilding Competition. But fitness hasn’t always been just reps and routines as she’s navigated her share of mental health struggles, body image battles, and a complicated relationship with food. Through years of inner and self discovery work through different modalities such as therapy, meditation, and somatic work, she is now a strong advocate for self-love, boundaries and sustainable habits. Her goal is to empower people to be mentally and physically stronger through an anti-oppressive approach inside and outside of the gym!

When she’s not coaching or leading instructor led sessions for corporate world, you’ll likely catch her rocking her favourite Crocs, on a mission for the best spicy chips, or scrolling deep into TikTok territory.
